Qualifications: Due to the savings of this package, this Vacation Program is a one-time offer for each purchaser and has the following restrictions: 

Must attend a 90 min (after breakfast) staySky VIP Sales presentation. Only one package per household, maximum occupancy is determined by travel location and room size, must be of contractual age (25 years) and gainfully employed and in possession of a major credit card. If married or Co-habiting, both must attend and have a combined household income of $60,000. This offer is not valid for persons who live in the following counties: Brevard, Lake, Orange, Osceola, Polk, Seminole.  You MUST present a valid driver’s license or passport (for international travelers) at time of the presentation as well as a major credit card or bank-issued debit card. Offer valid one per family only. No groups, consisting of more than one couple traveling together, permitted. 

If you DO NOT attend or meet the qualifications of this promotion you will be charged full rack rate for the number of nights on the purchased promotion. 

Cancellation: Open dated packages may be canceled 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund. Thereafter reservation is non-refundable and will remain open-dated and valid for 12 months from purchase date.

Reservation Cancel Policy: All booked reservations must be canceled 7 days prior to arrival or there is a 1 night no show fee that will be charged to the guest for canceling a reservation outside of the cancel period.

Open-Dated Reservations: All open-dated packages must confirm dates 14 days prior to the requested check-in date and no later than 45 days from the purchase of the package. Dates are subject to hotel availability.

Early Check-out Policy: There are no refunds on early check-outs on promotional packages.

Transferring Package: Package is fully transferable to another qualified party. Package must be transferred to a qualified guest prior to arrival.

Transportation: Transportation is NOT provided to the VIP Presentation. It is the guest responsibility to provide their own transportation at their own expense.

Taxes: Guests are responsible for all applicable State and Federal taxes. Any additional resort amenity fees are the responsibility of the guest and will be collected at check-in (depending on the resort). Resort fees and personal incidentals and cleaning/housekeeping fees of condos are the responsibility of guest.
